Two tone Galvanized steel construction. The base piece on these wheels is made to weld into place wherever customer sees fit. It will saddle onto 2x2" square tube (As Shown in Video) to fit any tubing configuration or welded directly to a worktable top. These wheels have a 1/2" thick, consumable brass brake pad. The pivots are spaced with oil impregnated bronze bushings. The pins are made from 1045 steel. Retaining clips are secured with heavy gauge stainless lanyards. The main adjustment pin features an extended grip for quick setup. Fine angle and brake adjustments are made with 3.5 and 4 inch Deluxe Handwheels. Righthand and Lefty refers only to the location of the brake. Wheels are easily operated regardless.
