Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All shipping fees collected are non-refundable. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless items are deemed defective. Products in the DIY collection are often made to order and are nonrefundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Our tools are guaranteed to function as intended. Some surface or coating blemishes may exist but not interfere with the tools function. Products in the DIY collection are ineligible for return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded for your purchase price minus the shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. If your item is found to be ineligible for return due to wear, damage or previously mentioned ineligibility, your item will not be sent back unless shipping charges are paid again. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@rigweldergear.com.
