This is the first version. Unfortunately, my finisher can't seem to get the black galvanizing right. So, it will probably not be an option in the future. This wheel is in used condition and will not include the chuck. The finisher scuffed spots on multiple pieces, and I am still working on my riveting skill. The price reflects the condition. There are some design improvements that are not in this version. I only made 2 of these. This is the last one. You will receive the wheel pictured. Please be sure to closely examine the pictures. Sold as is, no returns. Will ship free and fully insured. If lost or damaged enroute, filing a claim is the only recourse. There is no replacement available. It is fully functional and almost new but for the finish. The base piece is made to weld into place wherever customer sees fit. It will saddle onto 2x2\" square tube (As Shown in Video) to fit any tubing configuration or directly to a worktable top. The pins are made from 1045 cold roll steel. Pins requiring retainers have heavy gauge, stainless lanyards to keep them from disappearing. The main adjustment pin features an extended grip for easier use. This wheel has a 1\/2\" thick, replaceable brass brake pad. Fine angle and brake adjustments are made with 3.5-and 4-inch Deluxe Handwheels available in the DIY section.
